EE Store: the new name for BT Shop

EE Store is the online destination for all your tech needs, and the new name for BT Shop – that’s because BT and EE are part of the same family.

That's why it's the perfect time for BT Shop, to become EE Store.

What does it mean for me?

I am an existing BT Shop Customer

EE Store (store.ee.co.uk) is simply the new name for BT Shop (shop.bt.com) – that’s because BT and EE are part of the same family. If you've shopped with us before - there’s nothing to worry about – the site still works the same and it’s managed by the same team, it’s just new branding.

Your account remains the same and you use your existing account details to login.

As before you can:

  • Access your details and change your preferences
  • View and update orders
  • Manage returns
  • Quickly checkout your next tech order!

I am an existing BT Customer

If you’ve not ordered with BT Shop (or now EE Store) before, but do take services from BT (e.g. Broadband, TV or Mobile) your myBT and/or BT ID login won't work. However EE Store is available for everyone to buy tech, not just BT or EE customers.

You’ll need to simply set up an EE Store account to get started.

You only need a few details and you'll be able to:

  • Place an order
  • Receive special offers and promotions
  • Speed your way through checkout
  • Access your order history

I am an existing EE customer

The EE Store is available to everyone to buy tech, not just our mobile or broadband customers, all you'll need to do is create an EE Store account to get started. This is different to your EE services account (e.g. for Mobile or Broadband), your existing EE ID will not work on EE Store.

If you have an existing EE Mobile account and are looking to buy using 'Add To Plan':

Simply login to your account as normal.

If you have an existing EE Mobile account, however have found an item on EE Store (store.ee.co.uk) you want to order:

Simply create an EE Store account (or select PayPal Express) and complete your order.

I've never been to BT Shop or EE Store before

EE Store is open to all - anyone can browse our range of 10,000 products, buy today, spread the cost using PayPal Credit (Subject to status.
