Delivery/Carriage Charges & Services
We aim to make buying online as convenient as possible, which means offering a wide range of delivery (also referred to as ‘carriage’) options for you to choose from. Delivery charges vary depending on:
- The delivery address for your items (your region).
- The delivery service you choose (i.e. specific day, within a 3 working day range, pre noon delivery, etc.).
- The total weight of your order (please be aware that a weight surcharge of 36p/kg will be applied to deliveries of 10kg or more).
- Any promotions we may be running at the time of your order.
- Next day delivery isn’t a guarantee, if the service fails we will refund the cost of the service (delivery charge).
- For all deliveries and doorstep deliveries, our drivers are unable to bring into buildings and take to other floors etc.
- Free delivery is based on 1-3 day service only.
We've extended our returns period
We've extended our usual returns period for unwanted items under consumer law. That means any item bought between 14th October - 25th December, 2024 can be returned up until 8th January, 2025. Your item must be returned unused and in its original condition - including all labels and intact packaging. Your returned product must meet our terms and conditions for us to honour an exchange or full refund.
Christmas & New Year Delivery
During the Christmas period, any orders placed for standard delivery, despatched by Royal Mail Letterpost, may see a longer than usual delivery time. Please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery.

- Mon 16th December – Last chance for Pre-Christmas delivery for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
- Wednesday 18th December – Last chance for “Standard delivery 1-3 days” to UK mainland – please check the item is in stock. If you're unsure, email us at enquire-store@ee.co.uk
- Thursday 19th December 5pm – Last chance for Pre-Christmas Next Day Delivery
For Next Day Deliveries across the Christmas and New Year period:
- Next day orders placed before the 24th December 2024 will be delivered on Monday 30th December 2024
- Next day orders placed between 24-30th Dec 2024 will be delivered Tuesday 31st December 2024
- Next day orders placed between 31st Dec-2nd Jan 2025 will be delivered Friday 3rd January 2025.
