EE Game Day treasure hunt and giveaways 1. The Competition is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, other than employees of BT Group (BT, EE or Plusnet) their families or its agencies. Only one prize can be won per person across the whole of EE Game Day.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

4. The prize is subject to availability.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
6. Entries must be made by participating in the various games at EE Game Day on 7th September 2024. Participants who win any of the games will receive a digital code and will need to check EE Game Store to see if they have won a prize.
7. Each winning game will get you 1 x digital code. Not all digital codes will be prize winning. Participants may receive more than one winning digital code but can only claim one winning prize across EE Game Day.
8. Winning digital codes will be available to redeem as soon as received. Those who win an EE GameCard will receive a digital code via email which can be used at checkout to receive their discount when making a purchase at
games.ee.co.uk.
9. If you have won a tech bundle, mega chest or console, you will need to provide relevant details so we can send you a follow up email on how to receive your prize. Prizes must be claimed using the same email address initially provided.
10. Winners will have till 7th October 2024 to redeem their prize after which the code or link will be invalid. We validate winners based on usage of the code. Any code sharing or follow up attempts to claim a previously claimed code will be rejected.
11. A list of prize winners (first and last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to BT, 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 4th November.
12. By entering this Competition (i.e. participating in any of the games), you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews.

14. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
16. By entering this Competition, you hereby transfer all copyright to the Promoter and confirm that you will from time to time sign all documents necessary to confirm such transfer. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use any entries submitted under this Competition in any form, for all purposes in all media (including without limitation) any goods or products manufactured by or on behalf of the Promoter.
17. Submitting an entry to this Competition is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Competition without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
