Complaint handling and dispute resolution process

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 4 working days and provide a final response within 8 weeks. Within our response letter we will summarise the outcome and your right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), including an explanatory leaflet
